荷莲豆(Drymaria cordata(L.)Willd.)为石竹科荷莲豆属植物,多生长在低湿的田边、河沟边。分布我国台湾、浙江、福建、广东、云南等地。据文献记载,荷莲味苦、性凉、稍有麻辣,有清热、解毒、消炎、消肿等作用,民间用于治疗黄胆性肝炎、慢性肾炎和消化不良等症。荷莲豆的化学成份,我们曾分得α-菠菜甾醇、丁二酸和10种脂肪酸。本文报道新生物碱——荷莲豆碱(I)的分离和结构研究。
Drymaria cordata (L.) Willd. is a plant of the genus Helena of the family Caryophyllaceae, which grows on the low-humidity fields and on the sides of the gutters. Distribution of China’s Taiwan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Yunnan and other places. According to historical records, Lotus is bitter, cool, slightly spicy, with heat, detoxification, anti-inflammatory, swelling and other effects, folk for the treatment of yellow gallbladder hepatitis, chronic nephritis and indigestion embolism. The chemical composition of lotus bean, we have been assigned to alpha spinach sterol, succinic acid and 10 fatty acids. This paper reports the isolation and structure study of a new alkaloid, holsenine (I).
