脐部转移性肿瘤又称Sister Joseph′s结节,常来自腹腔恶性肿瘤.起源于妇科的文献上仅有37例.本文另报道7例;其中1例系平滑肌肉瘤伴同脐转移,文献上未见报道.例1,41岁,子宫肉瘤8×8cm大,行腹部全子宫切除,术后放疗.8个月后发现脐部复发性子宫平滑肌肉瘤,行局部外放射加化疗,术后17个月死亡时脐部肿瘤7×7cm,组织坏死.例2,56岁,晚期宫颈鳞癌伴发阴道盆壁转移,行姑息性化疗放疗止血.6个月后在化疗期间出现脐部转移,
