劳务实名制的实施是企业与劳务队伍的博弈,关键在于疏导。要转移劳务管理的矛盾点,让劳务工人清楚认识到劳务队长不愿利益透明化,不愿利益被触动才是劳务实名制不能推广的根本原因。劳务实名制推行多年已来,劳务管理水平有了质的飞越,对维护社会稳定、提高企业管理、保证工人合法权益做出了重要贡献。但仍然存在诸多问题,亟待提高与完善。
The implementation of the system of real-name labor service is the game between enterprises and labor force. The key lies in grooming. However, there are still many problems that need to be improved and improved urgently.
