为贯彻《中共中央关于改革和加强中小学德育工作的通知》和国家教委《关于进一步加强中小学德育工作的几点意见》,着重向学生进行热爱祖国、热爱社会主义、热爱中国共产党的教育,国家教委、共青团中央、文化部、新闻出版署联合审定推荐38本(套)课外读物,作为1990—1991学年度“全国红领巾读书读报奖章活动”推荐书目,供全国小学低、中、高年级和初级中学不同程度的学生阅读。现将这38本(套)推荐书目刊登如下.
In order to carry out the “Notice of the CPC Central Committee on Reform and Reinforcement of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” and the “Opinions of the State Education Commission on Further Strengthening Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”, it emphasizes on educating students about the love of the motherland, love of socialism, love of the Communist Party of China, The National Education Commission, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Culture and the Press and Publication Administration jointly recommend 38 sets of extra-curricular readings as the recommended bibliographies of the “National Reading and Reading Medals for Red Scarfs” in the academic year 1990-1991 for all grades of elementary, middle, And different levels of junior high school students to read. The 38 recommended bibliographies are listed below.
