绞骨蓝总甙中含70余种单体皂甙,均属(王达)玛脂烷醇类结构,可视为原人参二醇或三醇的异构体。目前,国内外仅有关于绞骨蓝降血脂、抗衰老、抗溃疡及抑制肿瘤细胞生长的研究报告,本文首次报告其对脑微循环影响的实验结果。
There are more than 70 kinds of monomeric saponins in the total skein of the skeleton, which belong to the (Wangda)macho alkanol structure and can be regarded as the isomer of the original panaxadiol or triol. At present, only domestic and international research reports on the reduction of blood lipids, anti-aging, anti-ulcer and inhibition of tumor cell growth of streptozotobine are reported. The results of this experiment on brain microcirculation are reported for the first time.
