Founded in 1956, 704 belongs to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and is a national defense scientific research unit of the Central Government in Shanghai. Almost all of China’s major vessels, warships and scientific research ship design and manufacture of my participation. In the 1950s has begun to study and develop electrical and hydraulic
