中成药在我国的使用时间已经有一千余年,是中医方剂学当中的精髓。当前,中成药在我国各个等级的医疗机构中均有销售和应用,并且应用比例在临床药物应用中的占比相当高。伴随着中成药的不断推广和应用,临床当中中成药应用不合理的现象越发明显,不仅严重制约了中成药的临床疗效,还会导致各种不良反应发生,对中成药的市场口碑造成影响。对此,本文详细分析中成药合理使用的影响因素。
Chinese medicine has been used in our country for more than a thousand years, which is the quintessence of traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Currently, proprietary Chinese medicines are sold and applied in all levels of medical institutions in China, and the proportion of applied medicines in clinical drug applications is quite high. With the continuous popularization and application of proprietary Chinese medicines, the phenomenon of unreasonable application of proprietary Chinese medicines in clinical practice becomes more and more obvious. This not only severely limits the clinical curative effect of proprietary Chinese medicines, but also causes various adverse reactions and affects the market reputation of proprietary Chinese medicines.
