用放免技术测定36例心衰患儿及25例正常儿童血清内原性洋地黄因子(EDLF)浓度,并对22例口服地高辛治疗患儿测定药物血浓度。结果表明,心衰组血清EDLF浓度明显降低(P<0.001),随着心衰加重,血清EDLF在心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级中有逐渐增高的趋势,但仍明显低于正常(P<0.05),各级心功能间血清BDLF水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。血清EDLF与地高辛血浓度呈显著正相关(γ=0.6092,P<0.01)。提示内原性洋地黄不足可能参与小儿心衰的发生,并对洋地黄的治疗产生影响。
The serum concentration of endogenous digitalis (EDLF) was measured in 36 children with heart failure and 25 normal children by radioimmunoassay. The drug blood concentration was measured in 22 children treated with digoxin. The results showed that the concentration of serum EDLF in heart failure group was significantly lower than that in normal group (P <0.001). With the increase of heart failure, serum EDLF tended to increase gradually in heart functions Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, but still significantly lower than normal ), There was no significant difference in serum BDLF levels between the various levels of cardiac function (P> 0.05). Serum EDLF was positively correlated with digoxin blood concentration (γ = 0.6092, P <0.01). Tip lack of endogenous digitalis may be involved in the incidence of heart failure in children, and digitalis have an impact on the treatment.
