目的分析重庆市綦江区2015年布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情形势,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法收集2015年重庆市綦江区布病畜间和人间疫情资料。人群和动物血样均采用试管凝集试验进行检测。结果重庆市綦江区2015年共抽检山羊16 527只,阳性726只,阳性率为4.39%;共监测重点人群410例,发现血清学阳性者36例,感染率8.78%,患病率2.20%;不同职业间感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=80.678,P<0.01);山羊布病阳性率与人布病感染率间有线性相关关系(r=0.797,P<0.01)。结论山羊是该区布病疫情的主要传染源。多部门联动,查清畜间和人间疫情;处置病畜,严格疫点消毒和管理,强化疫情报告和管理,及时规范治疗患者,是该区有效控制布病疫情的重要措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Hanjiang District of Chongqing in 2015 and provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic. Methods The data of brucellosis and human epidemic in Qijiang District of Chongqing Municipality in 2015 were collected. Blood samples from both populations and animals were tested using a tube agglutination test. Results A total of 16 527 goats were positive in Qijiang district of Chongqing in 2015, with a positive rate of 4.39%. A total of 410 cases of key population were detected, and 36 cases were serologically positive, with a prevalence of 8.78% and a prevalence of 2.20%. There was a significant difference in the infection rates among different occupations (χ ~ 2 = 80.678, P <0.01). There was a linear correlation between the positive rate of brucella and the prevalence of human brucellosis (r = 0.797, P <0.01). Conclusion Goats are the main source of brucellosis in this area. Multi-sectoral linkage to identify livestock and human epidemic; disposal of sick animals, strict disinfection and management of epidemic prevention and strengthening of epidemic reporting and management, timely and standardized treatment of patients, the area is an important measure to effectively control brucellosis.
