本文提出了一种基于小波变换(WT)及分形的图像快速编码、解码新方法。编码时对图像进行2D正交WT及去噪处理;对LL1子带图像进行基于质心分类的快速分形图像编码。解码时对LL1子带图像进行基于收敛准则及单缓存的快速分形图像解码;2D-IWT,以重构原图像。实验结果表明:与传统方法相比,本文方法具有提高信噪比、处理时间大大下降及压缩比显著提高的优点。
This paper presents a new method of fast image coding and decoding based on wavelet transform and fractal. When encoding, 2D orthogonality WT and denoising processing are applied to the image, and fast fractal image coding based on centroid classification is carried out on LL1 subband image. The decoding of LL1 sub-band image based on convergence criteria and a single cache fast fractal image decoding; 2D-IWT, to reconstruct the original image. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, this method has the advantages of improving signal-to-noise ratio, greatly reducing the processing time and significantly improving the compression ratio.
