胰岛素生长因子-1(insulinlike growth factor1,IGF-1)对心脏有积极的保护作用,但是对于其作用机制认识的不足是IGF-1作为心脏保护类药物应用于临床的主要障碍。本文就IGF-1保护心肌细胞免于凋亡的研究进展作一综述。
Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) has a positive protective effect on the heart, but the lack of understanding of its mechanism of action is a major obstacle to the clinical application of IGF-1 as a cardioprotective drug. This article reviews the research progress of IGF-1 protecting cardiomyocytes from apoptosis.
