随着中国改革开放和现代化建设的深入发展,要求政治进步已成为非公有制经济组织中许多积极分子的强烈愿望。当前非公有制经济面临着大发展的新机遇,非公有制经济组织党建工作出现的新情况新问题亟待认真研究解决,首要的是从党的事业发展和巩固执政党地位的战略高度来认识非公有制经济组织党建工作的战略地位。党的十六大报告和新党章,关于非公有制经济组织及其党建理论又有新的论述,这对非公有制经济组织的发展及凝聚社会新阶层将起着巨大的推动作用。

At present, the non-state-owned economy is facing new opportunities for great development.
