乡镇卫生院是农村卫生服务的主体,如何使乡镇卫生院充满活力,有效地发挥其社会功能已成为农村卫生工作的重点。农村新形势下办好乡镇卫生院,必须认清乡镇卫生院外部环境所发生的变化,调整和确立乡镇卫生院的发展思路,坚持以需求为导向、以市场为依托、以服务为基础、以调控为保障的发展策略。
Township health centers are the main body of rural health services.
