“知识产权交易体系是由出让方、受让方以及市场中介依据相关的法律法规,在特定的交易场所或者通过一定的交易媒介,按照特定交易规范完成的权利置换的一种市场体系。” 在知识产权交易体系建设中,我们认为应有如下几个基本问题与大家分享。第一,关于知识产权的本质属性。这一属性可以用3点来概括:知识产权是一种可控的经济资源,是智力劳动的成果,是经过法律认可获得的一种权利。与自然资源截然不同,它是一种取之不尽、用之不竭、动态变化的特殊的稀缺资源。
