我公司是八十年代初由几家运输、搬运合作社合并组建起来的集体运输企业。 今年4月,在市政府及有关部门的大力支持下,我公司完成了企业股份合作制改造,新的企业机制运行半年多来,尽管市场竞争更加激烈,运输成本大幅度上涨,公司仍取得较好的经济效益。截至10月底,已全面完成全年生产经营计划,其中营运收入、实现利润分别比上年同期增长20.4％和32.6％,职工人均月收入由398.00元上升到了515.00元。
