双歧杆菌在肠道中的有益功能已受到人们的高度关注。为建立准确、快捷的双歧杆菌定性定量方法,我们以乳酸杆菌(LBS)琼脂为基础,添加能够抑制或促进双歧杆菌生长的物质,同时添加酶显色底物,通过正交试验,经方差分析,确定最佳配方,形成双歧杆菌显色培养基。研制的双歧杆菌显色培养基具有成本低、快速、特异性高、准确性好等优点,满足目前食品行业检测双歧杆菌的需求,为今后生产和研究提供理论依据。
Beneficial functions of bifidobacteria in the intestine have drawn great attention. In order to establish an accurate and rapid qualitative and quantitative method for Bifidobacterium, we added substances capable of inhibiting or promoting the growth of Bifidobacterium on the basis of Lactobacillus (LBS) agar, adding enzyme chromogenic substrate, and through orthogonal test, Variance analysis to determine the best formula to form Bifidobacterium chromogenic medium. The developed Bifidobacterium chromogenic medium has the advantages of low cost, high speed, high specificity and good accuracy, and meets the current needs of detecting bifidobacteria in the food industry and provides a theoretical basis for future production and research.
