共聚焦激光显微内镜是内镜学技术上的一项新突破,它将共聚焦显微镜与普通内镜整合,使其能在人体进行组织学检查,并在行内镜检查时快速诊断疾病种类,尤其对于消化道肿瘤的良恶性鉴别、早期胃癌的诊断等有着重要价值。许多临床研究均证实其对上消化道疾病具有有效的诊断价值。现对共聚焦激光显微内镜在上消化道的临床应用予以综述。
