为了进行扫描电子显微镜观测绝缘体火山灰样品,先将Ethanol稀释的0.01%(质量分数)离子液体(不含S元素)溶液点滴在绝缘体火山灰样品上进行导电处理,然后用SEM-EDX对样品做微区组分分析。实验结果表明,用稀释离子液体做绝缘体火山灰样品的导电剂后实验结果和通常用的碳素或金属做薄膜导电剂的效果一样,可以成功判别出在5μm2大小微区内的元素组成。微小粒子直径小于10μm的绝缘体火山灰样品不需要导电处理,就可以直接观测到高倍率的鲜明二次电子像,而微小粒子直径大于10μm的粒子需要导电处理才能观测到高倍率鲜明二次电子像。
