国家经贸委与有关部门推出了节能建筑与新型墙体材料应用技术。它主要指建筑围护结构节能技术与新型墙体材料的应用,是建筑节能、节材的基本组成部分。其主要内容是加强围护结构的保温隔热,提高其气密性,采用保温隔热性能良好的新型体材料。包括:①聚苯外保温复合墙体:在以砖墙、砼墙或砌块墙为主体结构的外墙面上覆聚苯保温层和保护饰面,其主要性能指标满足国家标准要求,墙体传热系数可以达到0.70~0.40W/m~2·k,并解决了墙面开裂、空鼓等问题。②砼空心砌块:利用陶粒、浮石等轻骨料或炉渣等工业废料生产多排孔空心非承重砌块,密度小,保温性能好,也可用做成承重空心砌块和一次成型的保温隔热带饰面的外墙砌
