党的十四届六中全会指出,精神文明建设贯穿在经济和社会生活的各个方面,要在党委统一下,党政各部门和工会、共青团、妇联等人民团体齐抓共管,形成合力。高等学校要利用工会的特殊地位,充分发挥工会职能,努力提高教职工科学文化素质和思想道德,开展丰富多彩的文体活动,开展群体性精神文明创建活动,促进精神文明建设。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party pointed out that the construction of spiritual civilization runs through all aspects of economic and social life.
