以锦灯笼宿萼为试材,采用动态吸附及解吸的方法,研究各因素对AB-8型大孔树脂富集锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮的影响,明确AB-8型大孔树脂富集锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:上样量为树脂与药材之比1.4∶1,锦灯笼宿萼提取液上样浓度为0.395mg/mL,上样液pH为2.0~3.0,吸附速率为3BV/h,静置15min,吸附后先用2BV蒸馏水洗脱,再用5BV的90%乙醇以1~2BV/h的流速解吸,在此工艺条件下,其平均吸附率为84.41%,平均解吸率为96.22%,富集后锦灯笼宿萼干浸膏中总黄酮含量由原来的6.95%提高到23.62%,树脂富集倍数为3.4倍。
Using the method of dynamic adsorption and desorption, the effects of various factors on the total flavonoids of calyx of lantern with AB-8 macroporous resin were studied by using the method of dynamic adsorption and desorption.
