专业户是党的十一届三中全会以来农村经济政策贯彻落实的产物,是现阶段我国农村经济具有活力和正在迅速发展的生产管理形式,是农村发展商品生产的带头人,截止八三年底,我县共有各类专业户一万一千多户。随着大批专业户的出现、发展和富裕,在专业户的生产、经营管理过程中,形成了不少的档案材料,并且愈来愈多,正在迅速增加。如何收集、整理、管理、使用好这些档案材料、维护专业户这一新事物发生、发展、壮大的历史面貌,以利于总结其经验教训,提高生产技术、管理水平,促进专业户的健康发展,这是新时期向我们档案工作者提出的一个新任务。我们自去年初开始考虑这方面的问题,四月份着手进行工作,初步(?)了一下路子,摸索了一点经验。
