从1953年开始执行的发展国民经济第一个五年计划,标志着我国有计划的社会主义建设的开始。为此,邮电部于1955年10月1日发行了(特13)《努力完成第一个五年建设计划》的特种邮票1套18枚。其中第7枚“纺织工业”的图案是一纺织女工在织布机前操作的情形。遗憾的是,该纺织女工未戴上工作帽,违反了“机器开动前,应按规定穿戴好防护用品,女工发辫应挽在帽子内”的安全规定(图1)。 1983年9月16日发行的(J93)《中华人民共和国第五届运动会》纪念邮票1套6枚,其中第6枚“帆板”的图案是女运动员在参加帆板比赛的场面。该票的错误同样是忽视安全,运动员未按比赛的规则穿救生衣(图2)。
The first five-year plan for the development of the national economy, which was implemented from 1953, marked the beginning of the planned socialist construction in our country. Therefore, on October 1, 1955, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued 18 sets of special stamps (“Special 13”) in its efforts to complete the first five-year construction plan. The 7th “Textile Industry” pattern is a textile woman working in front of the loom. Regrettably, the textile worker did not wear a work cap, in violation of the safety rules that “the protective equipment should be worn before the machine is started, and the women’s plait should be held in a hat” (Figure 1). Six sets of 6 commemorative stamps were issued on September 16, 1983 (J93) “The 5th People’s Republic of China Games”. The 6th “windsurfing” pattern is a scene where female athletes participate in windsurfing competitions. The mistake of the vote is also to ignore safety, athletes not wearing lifejackets according to the rules of the game (Figure 2).
