目的:观察探讨替吉奥胶囊与奥沙利铂联合使用治疗老年胃癌的临床疗效以及不良反应。方法:选取我院于2012年11月~2013年10月期间收治的老年胃癌患者34例,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用5-Fu与奥沙利铂联合治疗,实验组则采用替吉奥胶囊与奥沙利铂联合治疗,比较2组的临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:2组患者治疗的总有效率分别为47.05%和52.94%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主要不良反应包括血液学毒性(血红蛋白减少、血小板减少以及白细胞减少)、消化道毒性(恶心呕吐、腹泻、便秘)以及周围神经毒性(口腔炎、静脉炎等),2组间的不良反应类型以及比例基本相似,差异无统计学意义。结论:替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗老年胃癌患者近期疗效较好,不良反应较小,总体安全有效,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of treatment of geggio capsules in combination with oxaliplatin in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 34 elderly patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The major adverse effects included hematologic toxicity (hemoglobin decrease, thrombocytopenia and leucopenia), gastrointestinal toxicity (nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation), and peripheral neurotoxicity (stomatitis, phlebitis, etc.), types of adverse reactions between the two groups, and The proportions were similar, with no significant difference. Conclusion: The treatment effect of getiao capsules combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer is good, the adverse reactions are small and the overall safety and efficacy are worthy of further study.
