2002年是临朐县实行农村税费改革的第一年,随着秋季税收的工作的结束,全县共实现农业两税及附加5191万元,“一事一议”资金79万元,乡村公益事业金877万,农民人均负担83元,比去年少29元,减负率为25.8％;“两工“使用量234万个,劳均减少6.6个。实现了中央提出的“三个确保”的要求,受到了农民的普遍拥护,作为农经管理部门,在下一步工作中应强化如下措施:
