近几年来,通过开展关井压产和煤矿安全专项整治,依法取缔、关闭了一批无证非法开采以及破坏资源、污染环境、技术落后和不具备安全生产基本条件的小煤矿,有效地遏制了煤炭生产秩序混乱的局面,乡镇煤矿安全装备水平有所提高,安全状况得到了改善。但是,由于我国乡镇煤矿生产力发展水平仍然较低,从业人员素质不高,安全生产形势仍然严峻。如何推进乡镇煤矿安全监察工作的创新,促进乡镇煤矿安全状况的稳定好转,本刊记者就此专访了国家安全生产监督管理局(国家煤矿安全监察局)负责乡镇煤矿安全监察工作的煤矿监察二司司长王树鹤。
