目的 检测转基因细胞分泌的表皮生长因子 (EGF)是否具有生物活性。方法 将正常表皮细胞加入培养的转基因表皮细胞于上清中培养 ,与正常表皮细胞加入培养的正常表皮细胞于上清中培养后的生长情况进行比较。通过将培养体系中加入四唑 (XTT) ,检测转基因细胞分泌的EGF是否具有刺激正常表皮细胞快速生长的生物活性。结果 实验组细胞增殖率比对照组显著增高。结论 制备的转基因表皮细胞可分泌具有刺激正常表皮细胞生长活性的EGF。
Objective To detect whether the epidermal growth factor (EGF) secreted by transgenic cells is bioactive. Methods The normal epidermal cells were cultured in supernatant, and the growth of normal epidermal cells cultured in supernatant was compared with that of normal epidermal cells. By adding tetrazolium (XTT) into the culture system, it is tested whether the EGF secreted by the transgenic cells has the biological activity of stimulating the rapid growth of normal epidermal cells. Results The cell proliferation rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion The transgenic epidermal cells can secrete EGF with the activity of stimulating normal epidermal cell growth.
