目的识别、评价某铝合金幕墙制造企业建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和管理措施。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》要求,采用类比法、经验法和检查表法对该项目的职业病危害进行预评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、个人防护用品、职业病防护设施设计、辅助卫生用室等符合国家有关规定;应急救援,职业卫生管理方面存在不足,生产过程中可能产生粉尘、毒物、噪声、电焊弧光等主要职业病危害因素。类比企业噪声共检测8个点,其中雕刻机噪声强度87〔dB(A)〕不符合职业接触限值,合格率为87.50%。其他主要职业病危害因素均合格。结论该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and evaluate the potential hazards of occupational diseases in the construction project of an aluminum curtain wall manufacturing enterprise and to explore the countermeasures and management measures. Methods In accordance with the requirements of “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects”, the method of analogy, experience and checklist were used to pre-evaluate the occupational hazards of the project. Results The location and layout of the construction project, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene, personal protective equipment, design of occupational disease protection facilities and auxiliary sanitary rooms conformed to the relevant provisions of the State. There were deficiencies in emergency rescue and occupational health management, The production process may produce dust, poison, noise, arc welding and other major occupational hazards. A total of 8 points were detected by analogy noise. The noise intensity of engraving machine 87 [dB (A)] did not meet the occupational exposure limit, and the pass rate was 87.50%. Other major occupational hazards are qualified. Conclusion The hazard of occupational diseases in the production process of the project can be prevented. It is feasible to analyze the project from the perspective of occupational health.
