目的:探索黄芩扦插繁殖技术。方法:采用不同部位的茎段作插条及激素处理。结果与结论:用茎梢作插条成活率最高达95%以上,而且生长最快,用茎基部作插条,成活率很低(10%~30%);用激素处理可大幅度提高茎中段插条的成活率,其中IAA(吲哚乙酸)100μg·ml-1处理3h的成活率最高,比对照高35.6%;在北京地区最适宜的扦插期是6月中旬前的营养生长期。
Objective: To explore the technology of cutting propagation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: Using different parts of the stems for cutting and hormone treatment. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The survival rate of shoots was up to more than 95% with the highest growth rate and the survival rate was very low (10% ~ 30% The survival rate of the middle cuttings was the highest, and the highest surviving rate of IAA (100μg · ml-1) for 3h was 35.6% higher than that of the control. The most suitable cutting period in Beijing was the vegetative growth before mid-June period.
