在计划经济过渡到市场经济的时候,如何加快适应市场的步子,对每个企业来说都是必须解决的一个现实问题。而加快构建与市场经济相适应的快速反应机制,正是这其中的一项重要内容。这不仅是企业生存、发展的需要,也是形成企业内部良好经济运行机制的必然趋势。根据近年来,笔者结合企业在改革搞活的实践情况,从以下三个方面,对如何建立快速反应机制谈谈粗浅的认识和做法。
When planning a transition to a market economy, how to accelerate the pace of market adaptation is a practical issue that must be addressed for every company. Accelerating the construction of a rapid response mechanism that is compatible with the market economy is an important part of this. This is not only the need for the survival and development of the enterprise, but also the inevitable trend for the formation of a good economic operating mechanism within the enterprise. According to the recent years, the author combines the practice of reform and invigoration in enterprises, and from the following three aspects, talk about how to establish a rapid response mechanism to talk about superficial understanding and practices.
