在全面分析筒体椭圆度的定义及其相关标准的基础上,探讨了筒体椭圆度产生的原因。以钢制列管式固定管板换热器的筒体尺寸为例,利用有限元方法分析了自重对筒体椭圆度的影响,计算得出了不同厚度、不同直径筒体自重产生的椭圆度,找出了自重对筒体椭圆度的影响规律,为控制筒体椭圆度、提高筒体组对焊接质量提供参考。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the definition of cylinder ellipticity and its related standards, the reason of cylinder ellipticity is discussed. Taking the tube size of steel tubular fixed tube heat exchanger as an example, the influence of the self-weight on the ellipticity of the tube is analyzed by the finite element method. The ellipticity of the tube with different thickness and different diameter is calculated , To find out the law of self-reliance on the ellipticity of the cylinder, in order to control the ellipticity of the cylinder and improve the quality of the cylinder group to provide a reference for the welding quality.
