文章从游梁式抽油机—抽油泵装置平衡的重要性分析出发,提出了新系列游梁式抽油机—抽油泵装置平衡重选择图解的理论根据。文中详细介绍复合式平衡和曲柄平衡的平衡重选择图解的绘制方法并举例说明平衡重选择图解的用法。此外,还给出一个复合式平衡和曲柄平衡的平衡重调节的简易计算公式并附有计算实例。文章对如何正确选择复合式平衡和曲柄平衡的平衡重以及调节平衡重,都有实用意义。
Based on the analysis of the importance of the balance between the beam pumping unit and the pumping unit, a theoretical basis for the selection of the balance weight of the new series of beam pumping unit - pumping unit is proposed. In this paper, the method of drawing the balance weight selection diagram of the compound balance and the crank balance is described in detail and the usage of the balance weight selection diagram is illustrated in detail. In addition, a simple calculation formula of balance weight adjustment with compound balance and crank balance is given with calculation examples. Article on the correct choice of complex balance and crank balance weight balance and balance weight, have practical significance.
