目的了解医院新进工作人员对医院感染基本知识的掌握情况,为岗前培训提供依据。方法以问卷调查的方式,对2010年分配到该医院24名医生和40名护士进行了考核调查。结果 64名新上岗工作人员中,医院感染相关知识医生组知晓率平均为45.83%,护士组知晓率为53.44%,医生与护士之间知晓率无明显差别。结论学校刚毕业的医生和护士上岗之前对医院感染和消毒学知识明显缺乏,不了解基本操作技能,必须进行系统培训。
Objective To understand the new hospital staff to grasp the basic knowledge of nosocomial infection situation, provide pre-job training basis. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the 24 doctors and 40 nurses assigned to the hospital in 2010. Results Among the 64 newly recruited staff, the awareness rate of hospital infection-related doctors was 45.83% on average, while that of nurses was 53.44%. There was no significant difference between doctors and nurses. Conclusions The doctors and nurses who graduated from the school obviously lack of knowledge of hospital infection and disinfection before starting to work. They do not understand the basic operation skills and need systematic training.
