目的:研究Runx3、Smad4蛋白在胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达差异及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测Runx3、Smad4蛋白在56例胃癌组织及40例癌旁组织中Runx3、Smad4的表达。结果(:1)胃癌组织中Runx3和Smad4阳性表达率分别为37.5%和44.6%,在癌旁组织分别为92.5%和87.5%。两种蛋白在胃癌组织表达差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。Smad4的表达与胃癌不同分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05);Runx3的表达与胃癌不同分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移(P<0.05)相关,与临床分期无关(P>0.05)。(2)Runx3与Smad4在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.4264)。结论:Runx3、Smad4的低表达与胃癌的浸润和转移有密切的关系,在胃癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression difference of Runx3 and Smad4 in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa and their relationship with the biological behavior of gastric cancer. Methods: The expressions of Runx3 and Smad4 in 56 cases of gastric carcinoma and 40 cases of adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) The positive rates of Runx3 and Smad4 in gastric cancer tissues were 37.5% and 44.6% respectively, and they were 92.5% and 87.5% in adjacent tissues respectively. The difference between the two proteins in gastric cancer was significant (P <0.05). The expression of Smad4 was correlated with different degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05). The expression of Runx3 was correlated with different degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with clinical stage P> 0.05). (2) There was a positive correlation between Runx3 and Smad4 expression in gastric cancer (P <0.05, r = 0.4264). Conclusion: The low expression of Runx3 and Smad4 is closely related to the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer, and play a different role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
