一、主要成就与问题在党的十一届三中全会制定的坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放总方针指引下,在冶金工业部、中国有色金属工业总公司、中共江西省委和江西省人民政府的正确领导下,从1979年到1989年的11年,江西冶金工业发生了深刻变化,生产建设取得了重大成就。(一)固定资产投资规模大。见表1。投资来源情况是:中央企业大部分资金是国家调拨,部分资金是银行贷款和企业自筹。
I. Major Achievements and Problems Under the guidance of the four guidelines set by the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party and adhering to the general guideline of reform and opening up, the Central Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the CPC Central Committee and Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee Under the correct leadership of the people’s government, profound changes have taken place in the metallurgical industry in Jiangxi Province during the 11 years from 1979 to 1989, with major achievements in production and construction. (A) large-scale investment in fixed assets. See Table 1. The sources of investment are: most of the funds of the central government are allocated by the state, and part of the funds are bank loans and self-raised by enterprises.
