由中国统配煤矿总公司建筑安装工程公司第七工程处滑模攻关小组首创的复合壁结构同步现浇双滑新工艺,在1200万吨/年入洗能力的内蒙古准格尔黑岱沟露天煤矿选煤厂2个直径10米的联体矸石仓工程施工中获得成功。高度34.085M 的矸石仓原设计简壁和仓壁结构为C_(18)现浇混凝土厚200毫米,内外双层结构配筋,简壁和仓壁外侧设计有75毫米厚加气混凝土轻质砌块保温层,支托砌块的钢筋混凝土环状悬挑牛腿每隔3米一道,砌块外侧另有一层25毫米厚水泥砂浆抹灰层。设计单位采纳了施工意见,同意将轻质砌块修改为同厚度珍珠岩轻质混凝土进行二位一体同步现浇双滑施
