本文叙述用二辛基硫醚-氯仿萃取分离,火焰原子吸收法测量和分析岩石中微量银的方法。试样先用HClO_4-HF混酸溶,继用HNO_3-HF混酸进一步溶解残渣,加热蒸干,最后用1N HNO_3溶解干渣,加少量过氧化氢,稍加热。溶液冷却后,转入离心管中,用0.2M二辛基硫醚-氯仿萃取富集银,有机相喷雾测定。方法的测定下限0.1ppm,相对标准偏差为9%。
This paper describes a method for the determination and analysis of trace silver in rock by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using dioctyl sulfide-chloroform extraction and separation. Sample with HClO_4-HF mixed acid solution, followed by HNO_3-HF mixed acid further dissolved residue, heated to dry, and finally with 1N HNO_3 dissolved dry residue, add a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, a little heat. After the solution was cooled down, it was transferred to a centrifuge tube, and the silver was enriched with 0.2M dioctyl sulfide-chloroform and the organic phase was sprayed and measured. The method has a lower limit of 0.1ppm and a relative standard deviation of 9%.
