目前,各种型号的可编程调节器正在化工生产装置中推广应用,实践证明,它与常规模拟调节仪表相比确有许多优越性。其中山武—霍尼韦尔公司的KMM可编程调节器的应用更为普遍,我国四川仪表总厂、上流调节器厂等已引进该技术,並逐步实现了国产化。为此,本刊从本期开始将陆续登载《KMM可编程调节器及其应用》讲座。讲座内容有:(1)KMM可编程调节器的构成及其基本功能;(2)KMM可编程调节器的运算处理功能;(3)KMM可编程调节器的工作状态及控制类型;(4)KMM可编程调节器的软件制作;(5)KMM可编程调节器的使用及维护;(6)KMM可编程调节器的应用举例。本讲座的目的在于使读者了解KMM可编程调节器的主要功能,掌据组态方法並能正确地使用与维护,进而不断地开发其功能,在化工过程控制中发挥更大的作用。 At present, various types of programmable regulators are being promoted in chemical production plants, and it has been proven in practice that it has many advantages over conventional analogue regulation instruments. Which Yamamu - Honeywell’s KMM programmable regulator more common, China’s Sichuan Instrument Factory, the regulator plant has been introduced such technology, and gradually realized the localization. To this end, this issue from the beginning of this issue will be published “KMM Programmable Regulator and its application” seminar. Lectures include: (1) the composition of KMM programmable regulator and its basic functions; (2) KMM programmable regulator computing processing functions; (3) KMM programmable regulator working conditions and control types; (4) KMM programmable regulator software; (5) KMM programmable regulator use and maintenance; (6) KMM programmable regulator application examples. The purpose of this talk is to give the reader an understanding of the main functions of the KMM Programmable Regulator, how it can be configured and properly used and maintained, and to continually develop its capabilities to play a bigger role in chemical process control.
