通过对3种常用桩型共9根复合配筋混凝土预制方桩进行轴压性能试验,对比分析了部分预应力和非预应力混凝土预制方桩轴压承载力、变形能力及破坏特征等,并将得到的轴压承载力试验值与不同规范的桩身轴压承载力公式计算值进行对比。结果表明:复合配筋混凝土预制方桩轴压试验出现了轴压破坏和局压破坏两种破坏模式;破坏前,同桩型方桩试件抗压刚度基本相同,且无减小趋势;复合配筋混凝土预制方桩轴压承载力试验值仅满足GB 50007—2011《建筑地基基础设计规范》的要求,普遍小于非预应力混凝土预制方桩的轴压承载力,为此,复合配筋混凝土预制方桩轴压承载力建议采用GB 50007—2011中公式进行计算。
The axial compressive performance of 9 precast concrete composite piles with three kinds of commonly used piles was tested. The bearing capacity, deformation capacity and failure characteristics of prestressed and unstored concrete precast square piles were compared and analyzed. The calculated axial compressive bearing capacity is compared with the calculated values of the axial compression bearing capacity formula of different specifications. The results show that there are two failure modes of axial compressive failure and partial pressure failure in prestressed square pile under prestressed composite prestressed concrete. The compressive stiffness of prestressed square piles with prestressed concrete piles is basically the same without any decrease tendency before failure. The test values of axial compressive bearing capacity of reinforced concrete prefabricated square piles only satisfy the requirements of GB 50007-2011 “Code for Design of Foundation of Foundation for Construction” and are generally less than those of prestressed concrete piles with non-prestressed concrete.
