为改善中粗砂资源匮乏的问题,利用辽河流域丰富的特细砂资源,对比分析不同水灰比及不同砂率对混凝土和易性及抗压强度的影响,并从中选出特细砂混凝土的最优配合比,据此配制C30特细砂混凝土,与同配合比下的中砂混凝土进行抗压强度对比试验。试验结果表明,水灰比和砂率是影响混凝土强度的主要因素;相同水灰比下,适当调整砂率,可使其抗压强度满足不同强度等级要求;C30特细砂混凝土的最优水灰比为0.45,砂率为0.33;特细砂混凝土拌合物的和易性及硬化后的试件抗压强度均满足工程要求,有效解决了中粗砂资源匮乏的问题。

The workability and the compressive strength of the fine sand concrete mixture meet the engineering requirements, which effectively solves the problem of the lack of coarsening sand resources.
