[目的]掌握卫生院X射线机放射卫生防护状况,为加强放射卫生防护工作提供依据。[方法]依照有关法律、法规、标准和规范进行现场调查和检测及评价。[结果]32家卫生院有34台不同型号医用诊断X射线机,工作场所及周围环境监测点超标率36.4%,机房面积合格率20.6%,警示标识安装率61.8%,工作状态指示灯和机械通风安装率8.8%,防护用品配备率82.4%。[结论]应加大投入,对现有X射线机放射防护设施进行改造,加强放射卫生监督,同时落实各项放射卫生防护措施,加强放射防护管理。
[Objective] To master the radiation health protection status of X-ray machines in hospitals and provide the basis for strengthening radiation health protection work. [Method] In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms on-site survey and testing and evaluation. [Results] There were 34 different types of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in 32 hospitals, 36.4% of the monitoring points in the workplace and the surrounding environment, the qualified rate of machine room area was 20.6%, the installation rate of warning signs was 61.8%, the working status indicators and machinery Ventilation installation rate of 8.8%, protective equipment rate of 82.4%. [Conclusion] The investment should be increased, the existing radiation protection facilities of X-ray machines should be reformed, the radiation health supervision should be strengthened, and various radiation protection measures should be implemented at the same time to strengthen the radiation protection management.
