本文对舒兰、寻甸粗褐煤腊硝酸氧化引起腊的基本性质的变化进行了研究。酸值随HNO_3浓度、氧化时间的增加而增加。当硝酸浓度低,用量少时,酯值增加。增大浓度,酯值又降低。氧化腊的二氯乙烷—乙醇(3:1)可溶物以及丙酮可溶物增加。用丙酮可溶物作为褐煤腊树脂的分析方法,不适用于硝酸氧化腊。HNO_3主要是对醇的氧化。对硝酸作用机理作了初步的讨论。根据红外光谱特征,指出腊主要由游离酸和酯组成。
In this paper, the changes of the basic properties of waxes caused by oxidation of wax and nitrate in the Shulan and Xundian burnt brown coal were studied. The acid value increased with the increase of HNO3 concentration and oxidation time. When the nitric acid concentration is low, the dosage is small, the ester value increases. Increase the concentration, the ester value is reduced. The oxidized waxes were increased with dichloroethane-ethanol (3: 1) solubles and acetone solubles. Acetone solubles as brown coal wax resin analysis method is not suitable for nitric acid oxidation wax. HNO 3 is mainly the oxidation of alcohols. The mechanism of nitric acid made a preliminary discussion. According to the infrared spectral characteristics, it is pointed out that the wax mainly consists of free acids and esters.
