石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)可以直接测定有机样品中的金属含量,文献报道了尿样,血和婴儿食品中直接测定铅的GFAAS法。但酱油中含有高浓度的有机物质和15—25%的氯化钠,因此,直接用GFAAS法测定酱油中的铅是很困难的。文献曾选用Pd作为测定尿铅的基体改进剂,经过修改后,我们将Pd作为GFAAS法直接测定酱油中铅的基体改进剂,可得到满意的结果。
Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (GFAAS) can directly determine the metal content in organic samples. The direct measurement of lead in urine, blood and baby food by GFAAS has been reported in the literature. However, soy sauce contains high concentrations of organic substances and 15-25% sodium chloride. Therefore, it is very difficult to measure lead in soy sauce directly by GFAAS. The literature used Pd as a matrix modifier for the determination of urinary lead. After the modification, Pd was used as a matrix modifier for direct determination of lead in soy sauce by the GFAAS method, and satisfactory results were obtained.
