自1980年证券投资基金制度引入到中国市场以来,中国金融市场得到了不断的完善和发展。证券投资基金制度的确立与发展为我国的众多中小型企业及投资者拓宽了渠道,促进金融市场的稳定及金融结构的完善,为社会经济的发展以及国家金融体系的发展创造了一个有利的环境。本文主要是从经济学的角度来分析证券投资基金制度的选择性与道德性问题以及投资者权益保护等几个方面入手,探究如何利用有效且合理的制度促进证券投资市场的稳步发展。
Since the introduction of the securities investment fund system into the Chinese market in 1980, China’s financial market has been continuously perfected and developed. The establishment and development of securities investment fund system has broadened the channels for many small and medium-sized enterprises and investors in our country, promoted the stability of financial markets and the improvement of financial structure, and created a favorable environment for the development of social economy and the development of national financial system . This article mainly analyzes the selectivities and moral issues of the securities investment fund system and the protection of investors’ rights and interests from the perspective of economics and explores how to use the effective and reasonable system to promote the steady development of the securities investment market.
