Industrial injury social insurance is a kind of social insurance which is established by the state through legislation and which enables laborers to receive medical treatment and financial compensation in time when they suffer accidental injuries or occupational diseases at work. At the same time, it balances and lightens the employer's burden and diversifies operational risks.
