血管外皮细胞瘤是一种少见的来源于血管外皮细胞的肿瘤,可发生于身体任何部位,以四肢、躯干好发,发生于鼻腔及鼻窦者罕见。现将笔者诊治的1例报告如下。 患者,女,19岁。因反复鼻出血伴左侧鼻塞3月余于1985年4月12日入院。患者自1984年12月底开始鼻出血,以左侧居多,伴鼻塞、左颊及左上齿列牙痛、阵发性头痛。曾在外院行抗感染治疗。左上颌窦穿刺无脓液。鼻出血日益加剧。检查:左鼻腔后部有一圆形突起,间接鼻咽镜检见中隔后端偏左 Hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor derived from vascular epithelial cells and can occur in any part of the body with extremities and torso.
