目的:观察局限视网膜光凝治疗早期增殖前期糖尿病视网膜病变(PPDR)的治疗和预后。方法:2004-08/2008-11在齐齐哈尔市第一医院眼科使用科以人公司多波长氪激光仪对早期PPDR患者38例60只眼给予局限视网膜光凝治疗。结果:激光后平均视力提高14只眼占23.33%,视力稳定44只眼,视力下降2只眼,治疗有效者58只眼。FFA检查有效57只眼。结论:对早期PPDR进行局限激光治疗,操作简单,并发症少,患者易于接受,治疗有效率高。
Objective: To observe the treatment and prognosis of focal retinal photocoagulation for the treatment of early proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PPDR). METHODS: Local retinal photocoagulation was performed in 38 eyes of 60 patients with early PPDR using the multi-wavelength krypton laser at the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from August 2008 to November 2008. Results: The average visual acuity after laser increased 14.33%, 44 eyes with stable visual acuity, 2 eyes with decreased visual acuity, and 58 eyes with effective treatment. FFA examination of 57 eyes. Conclusion: The limited laser treatment of early PPDR, simple operation, fewer complications, patients are easy to accept, the treatment of high efficiency.
