大量维生素C对急性肺损伤的保护作用(英文)

目的观察大量维生素C(500mg/kg)对油酸诱导的家兔急性肺损伤的预防和治疗效果。方法30只家兔分4组,Ⅰ组为对照组(CG);Ⅱ组为油酸组(OG);Ⅲ组为预防组(PG);Ⅳ组为治疗组(TG)。于0、30、90和150min采各组动物颈总动脉血测PaO2、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、血浆丙二醛(MDA)。实验末右肺测湿质量,取支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)后烤箱烘干得湿干质量比值,留少许左肺标本甲醛固定做切片。结果油酸注入30min后,PG组和TG组PaO2及SOD明显高于OG组(P<0.01);而MDA明显低于OG组(P<0.01)。实验末PG组和TG组BALF中总蛋白、肺湿干质量比较OG组低(P<0.05);肺组织病理切片显示损伤较轻。结论大量维生素C对油酸所致的家兔急性肺损伤,通过中和氧自由基,而发挥保护作用。 Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of large doses of vitamin C (500mg / kg) on ​​oleic acid-induced acute lung injury in rabbits. Methods 30 rabbits were divided into 4 groups, Group Ⅰ was control group (CG); Group Ⅱ was oleic acid (OG); Group Ⅲ was prevention group (PG); Group Ⅳ was treatment group (TG). At 0, 30, 90 and 150 minutes, PaO2, SOD and plasma MDA were measured in common carotid arteries. At the end of the experiment, the lungs were measured for wet mass. After the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was taken, the oven was dried to obtain the wet-to-dry mass ratio. A small amount of left lung specimens were fixed with formaldehyde for fixation. Results PaO2 and SOD in PG and TG groups were significantly higher than those in OG group (P <0.01) and MDA levels in OG group (P <0.01) after oleic acid injection for 30min. At the end of the experiment, the total protein in BALF and the wet weight of lungs in PG group and TG group were lower than those in OG group (P <0.05). The pathological sections of lung tissue showed less damage. Conclusion A large number of vitamin C on oleic acid-induced acute lung injury in rabbits through the neutralization of oxygen free radicals, and play a protective role.
