目的 建立实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE)动物模型 ,研究腹腔内注射可溶性髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)诱导免疫耐受的作用机制。方法 将雌性豚鼠随机分为对照组、EAE组和腹腔注射MBP组。观察各组EAE的发病情况。结果 腹腔内注射MBP组的发病率明显低于EAE组 ,其神经组织病理变化明显改善。结论 腹腔内注射MBP可以诱导产生特异性免疫耐受
Objective To establish an animal model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and study the mechanism of intraperitoneal injection of soluble myelin basic protein (MBP) in inducing immune tolerance. Methods Female guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group, EAE group and intraperitoneal injection of MBP group. The incidence of EAE in each group was observed. Results The incidence of intraperitoneal injection of MBP was significantly lower than that of EAE, and the pathological changes of nerve tissue were significantly improved. Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of MBP can induce specific immune tolerance
