为研究体位变化对鼻腔几何形态的影响,应用声反射鼻测量计测量了35例健康成年人不同体位后5min的双侧鼻腔最小横截面积和距前鼻孔8cm范围内的鼻腔容积。从坐位经仰卧位到宽侧鼻腔卧位,总的鼻腔容积和总的最小横截面积均下降18%,其中以宽侧鼻腔容积、最小横截面积下降显著,分别为32%、26%。从宽侧鼻腔卧位到窄侧鼻腔卧位,鼻腔总容积及宽侧鼻腔容积、最小横截面积分别增加12%、41%、24%。本研究结果显示体位变化引起了鼻腔粘膜系统的复杂反应,此因素在有关环境、临床及药理条件的鼻科学研究中须加以考虑。
In order to study the effect of body position changes on the nasal geometry, nasal cavity volume and bilateral nasal cavity cross-sectional area measured 5 minutes after different position of 35 healthy adults were measured with acoustic reflectometer. From sitting position to supine position to wide lateral nasal position, the total nasal volume and the total minimum cross-sectional area decreased by 18%, with wide nasal cavity volume, the minimum cross-sectional area decreased significantly, respectively, 32%, 26%. From the wide lateral nasal position to the narrow lateral nasal position, the total volume of nasal cavity and wide nasal cavity volume, the minimum cross-sectional area increased by 12%, 41%, 24%. The results of this study show that changes in body posture cause complex responses in the mucosal system of the nasal mucosa, a factor that must be considered in nasal scientific studies concerning environmental, clinical, and pharmacological conditions.
